Complaints procedure

At UK Vein Care, we have a simple and transparent complaints procedure in place to ensure that any potential issues are dealt with in a swift and effective manner.

We welcome and value any feedback that you might have for us, as we constantly strive to improve our services. We encourage you to address any potential issues as early as possible in the process, thus allowing our team to assess and, if necessary, rectify any issues as swiftly as possible.

Many complaints are based on miscommunication of different expectations. In such a situation, the best thing to do is contact our team and refer to the staff members that have handled your patient journey, so that he or she has the opportunity to directly deal with your feedback. Experience has shown that a large number of complaints can be resolved in this way.
